Meet beautiful bride Jess!  Doing make-up for Jess and her bridal party was sooo much fun!  The bridesmaids had the option to have their make-up done as they wanted, so I got to play around with different looks from naturally enhanced to va-va-vamppp!  I mean just look at the eyes in the second pic below – my friend, Aneta totally rocked this look!!  Check out artistrhi.com to see more of these gorgeous ladies and of Jess’ Big Day!

Flora and I met a year ago when she was a bridesmaid (and I was the make-up artist!) for her friend Hun-Sun’s wedding.  I know I keep talking about time, but I can’t believe pretty much a year has passed since we first started talking about Flora’s Big Day….and now her Big Day has come and gone.  Wow.

I love Flora’s bridal look – Ming of Puzzle Creations did a beautiful job on hair…and that bird cage veil is like icing on the cake!!

(subtle make-up trick note:  look at the huuuuge difference eyebrows make below!)

So this (me below on left) is what I sometimes show up to a wedding appointment looking like (especially with 5AM starts!).  Flora insisted on a picture, even though I was weary without my usual game face of full make-up on….but I figured since nearly all my clients kindly agree with letting me post their ‘befores and afters’, I suppose it’s only fair that I have a ‘before’ on the blog too!  (…now just have to work on finding an after!)  :) :)
