I actually met Velsie on another wedding where she was doing the bridesmaids make-up and I was doing the bride’s. Since then we’ve bonded over our mutual love for bringing out the best in people via doing make-up… and thankfully she’s even shared her talent by helping me with quite a few weddings (thank you, Velsie! ♥).  It was an amazing honour to do make-up for a person who’s not only a friend but also an awesome make-up artist herself (no pressure, right?!)!
