Working with all the clients I’m fortunate to be selected by really means alot in the sense that I get to share what I love doing with make-up. I’ve always said that doing make-up often feels selfish because of the instant gratification I receive when I see the uplifting effects a good make-over can have.
This beautiful bride, Sharon, comes from an even more meaningful place, as she knew me back from the days of when I worked full-time at a bank, was doing make-up school part-time on weeknights, was working at a make-up counter on the weekends…and when doing make-up full-time was just a dream (the hustle is real, folks!). I remember her telling me about her sister doing wedding photography full-time, and back then (about 8 or so years ago), that blew my mind!! …that someone could turn what they loved doing into what they did for a living!
Here’s a pretty sneak peek at her wedding photos by the wonderful Click Photography (aka Sharon’s amazing sister):
…and a look at her bridal trial. I looooove her face, FRECKLES and those mink falsies we used!

I’m so happy for Sharon and that her and Brent have found one another. I’m honoured to have been entrusted to do her make-up, and with that, realize all the steps and support from those around me that have helped to get me to where I am today. [Thank (all of) you, and if I could insert emojis in blog posts I would do so here!!].
